Mountaineer Campus Ministries

• Meet at the CMC at 10 p.m. on Friday, Oct 31 to carpool up to Wheeling.
• We will be staying in a house, but you will need to bring the following
  • Linens or sleeping bag
  • Air mattress if you have one
  • Towels
  • Toiletries
  • Bible
  • Clothes
• We will arrive in Wheeling at approximately 11:30 p.m. (we will not be stopping for food on the way up)
• Saturday morning’s breakfast will be provided at the house
• After breakfast we will be passing out homemade cookies and invitations to the church service on Sunday
• Lunch will be somewhere in downtown Wheeling (MCM will cover this cost)
• We will continue inviting folks on Saturday afternoon.
• Dinner will be back at the house.
• That evening we will be heading to the Wheeling Nailers Hockey game (cost to you will be $5, MCM will cover additional cost of tickets)
• Any food you eat there will be at your expense
• Sunday morning we will be heading to downtown Wheeling to participate in the church service
  • Breakfast will be first and that will start at 9:30 in the morning (so we will need to be there by 8:30 to get started cooking)
  • The service will then start at 10:30
  • We will be leading the praise and worship time.
  • I also need a volunteer or volunteers to share a testimony during the service.
  • Once the service is over and we have cleaned up, we will head back to Morgantown.
• My goal is to be back in Morgantown by about 2 p.m.

PLEASE RSVP to michel@wvumcm.org if you are going so that I can make sure we don’t leave you on Friday night.  If you will not be with us the whole time, please let me know so that I can plan appropriately.
